Known across Katsina as 'Huzex,' Huzaifa Yakubu Musa is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, innovation ecosystem builder, and startup consultant with 9+ years of experience. He co-founded Chiniki Guard — the first Nigerian AI solution to win the No.1 Global AI Challenge at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai — and has built institutions that have directly created economic opportunities for thousands of Nigerians.
As CEO of Kirkira Innovation Hub since 2017, he has trained over 3,000 young men and women in digital skills, incubated 10 startups, and served as APC Katsina State Project Lead in both 2015 and 2023 elections — managing a situation room of 70 staff and 6,000 field reporting agents. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria (FIMC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

We, the people of Katsina Local Government Constituency, deserve a representative who understands our reality — not as a statistic, but as a lived experience. Katsina has talent, land, faith, resilience, extraordinary women, hardworking farmers — and communities that deserve clean water, proper sanitation, and the basic dignity that comes with both.
I, Huzaifa Yakubu Musa (Huzex), present myself not as a politician seeking power, but as a builder answering a call. Every commitment in this manifesto is measurable. Every quarter I will be asked: what have you built? I will answer.
